Booking Advice and Guidelines

  • For your comfort we suggest you arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start of your treatment. Failure to do so may result in your treatment being cut down or not being done at the scheduled time, with a 100% surcharge.
  • Booking your appointment well in advance is highly recommended to avoid disappointment: but walk-in appointments may also be available if we have space to fit you in.
  • A 50% cancellation fee will be taken if you give us less than 24 hours notice so any appointment booked will require you to give your credit /debit card details to secure your booking. Regrettably a 100% cancellation fee is applicable if you give us less than an hours notice or don't show up for your appointment. All card details are stored in a locked cupboard and are shredded at the end of your appointment. If you are a regular client, you can sign a consent form which allows us to keep your card details on record. We are covered by the data protection act and can assure you that all your details are secure. If you do not wish to leave card details, we will be unable to take an appointment unless you come to our salon and pay a 50% deposit in advance. We apologise for the inconvenience but this is our policy. We will ask you additional security questions when booking your appointment. This is an extra security measure required from our banks to confirm that the details given to us are legitimate. Please do not be offended.
  • If we have to cancel an appointment on the day due to a therapist unable to come to work, we will offer you the option of rescheduling the appointment with another therapist on the same day but we may not be able to offer you the same time. If you are unable to change the timing of your appointment we will offer you another day with a 10% discount on your treatment and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
  • All times quoted include treatment, preparation and consultation.
  • All prices are inclusive of VAT and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Regretfully, late arrival for your appointment will constitute a reduced treatment time.
  • Please note, any previously booked treatments not taken or changed on the day will still incur a 100% surcharge.
  • Treatments and facilities are not be suitable for under-12s.
  • Any behaviour found to be inappropriate will result in the treatment being terminated immediately with a 100% charge.
  • In order to maintain a peaceful environment we ask that mobile phones be turned off in our salon area.
  • Alcohol should not be consumed prior to treatments.
  • Some of our treatments are available in courses (minimum of 5). You pay in advance and get the 6th treatment FREE. Ask in the spa for more information.
  • We offer a 20% student discount off any single individual treatment with a valid NUS card. Proof of a student card will be required after every treatment.
  • Any discounts offered are not available on combination treatments or packages as they are already discounted and can't be used with any other special offers available.
